Eight chalets on a quiet hillside with views of nature and the Wurmberg, about 300 m from the BergwaldLodges.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Finnish sauna (some with rest room and panoramic glazing), wood-burning stove, designer kitchen and a south-west terrace, some with mountain views.
The new chalets were built on hillside plots facing south-west, about 300 m away. With views of nature and the Wurmberg, they are luxuriously furnished in a fashionable mix of styles: log-house cosiness outside, clear, modern, high-quality and open inside. Built ecologically and with low CO₂ emissions from solid logs and wooden windows, they have an excellent energy balance.

Frequently asked questions
Which chalet suits me?
Chalets Komfort (90 m², up to 5 people) are the classic choice for couples and families. Chalets Tierfreund (90 m², up to 4 people) are set up for holidays with a dog. Chalets Wellness (110 m², up to 5 people) are on the most natural edge of the plot and have a private spa area with panoramic sauna, rest room and sauna terrace.
How many chalets are there?
Eight in total: two Chalets Komfort, two Chalets Tierfreund and four Chalets Wellness. The semi-detached halves are separated by a soundproof firewall, and on the terrace also by a storeroom.
How are the sauna and EV charger billed?
The electricity actually used by the sauna and charging point is recorded by a separate meter (€0.40/kWh) and offset against the deposit. All other utilities for electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price.
What do the shared facilities include?
All chalet guests share a secure room for bikes and skis, a small bike workshop and the fire pit in the garden.
How far is it from the chalets to the lodges?
The BergwaldChalets are at Alte Wernigeröder Straße 8, about 300 m from the lodges – ideal if you want to combine a lodge and chalets for a larger group.
