• only to bookings not yet made,
• only to bookings made on this website – bookings through other portals are not included (you usually save anyway when you book direct with us 😊),
• not to bookings over Christmas and/or New Year.

How it works

• Always choose the option “no online prepayment”.
• In the “Comments” field of the booking form, enter the word returning guest and the number of your previous stays (e.g. returning guest 3).

You will first receive the regular booking confirmation and, after we have checked it, a confirmation reduced by the discount together with the payment notice. The discount is not transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

If you have collected referral rewards for new guests (guests recommend guests), we automatically apply whichever option is better for you: either the rewards or the percentage discount above.

You have stayed in one of our lodges or chalets and enjoyed it, or you are already a regular guest? Then we have a suggestion for you. Recommend us to new guests and collect rewards. Here is how:

Your own booking can also be made later. That way you can collect several recommendations and use them to pay for a longer stay.

Conditions

Ask the person you recommend to give your name as the referrer when booking – either under “Comments” in the normal booking process or under “How did you find us?” in the enquiry form. Please note: without your name in one of these forms we cannot credit the reward!

The recommendation only applies to guests staying with us for the first time. The reward is credited or paid out only for completed bookings that have not been cancelled, and only after the guest has arrived.

Once the guest has checked in, you will receive an email asking whether and where we should pay the €50 reward, or whether we should save €100 as a credit for your own next booking. If you later decide not to book yourself and would like saved rewards paid out, we will of course pay €50 per booking.

• This offer only applies to bookings made directly on our website. Bookings through external portals such as booking.com or Airbnb cannot be included.
• The minimum stay must be met.
• Not valid for stays between 20 December and 7 January (Christmas & New Year).
